Drug Church Joins No Sleep Records! Debut 7” out Mid 2012!

We are stoked to welcome Drug Church to the family!

DC features End of a Year (Deathwish Inc) frontman, Patrick Kindlon as well as Cory Galusha, Chris Villenueve and Nick Cogan.

Expect their debut “Self-Titled” 7” mid 2012.

Drug Church is the sound of “some college” and a delivery job. It’s what happens when you strip any pretense from music and are left with a room full of dudes with weird bodies and tenuous futures.

Pulling liberally from Seaweed, Quicksand, and Kerosene 454, the band fully embraces its hardcore-dudes-trying-to-play-alt-rock influences.

No heavy trips about how you should live. No white-guy slam poetry about love. Just music you can pushpit and stagedive to so you can forget for a moment that you have eczema and work at Pizza Hut. ACTUAL punk music for ACTUAL disaffected weirdos.

For those of you who don’t know, our van broke down in the desert yesterday and we got towed into our show in San Diego last night. Everyone’s alright and our morale is still great but we had to spend a large chunk of change in order to get us back on the road to finish out this tour.

You’ve heard it a million times before, but we’ve posted all of our current releases on our bandcamp page on a sliding scale from 50 cents to whatever you please. Any donations will help us out. Still really stoked for the rest of the tour!

I know you guys are based on the West Coast but are there any offices in New York City? Or similar labels/groups/ties for a hardworking college junior who has previously interned with ELLE magazine's digital media department and Warner Brothers Records A&R department?? (who not only loves every artist on the label but is especially into Tigers Jaw, This Time Next Year,and The Wonder Years at this moment???)

sorry only an west coast office! but theres great labels out on the east coast you can intern for. topshelf, run for cover, triple b, bridge 9, deathwish, mightier than sword, etc, etc (i know im forgetting some, whatever)
